- Tuition will be charged from September-May.
- At Rage Academy of Dance, LLC, tuition is due on the first of each month. If accounts are NOT paid by the 10th of the month a $15 late fee will be applied to your account balance, effective on the 11th.
- There will be a $35 service fee if a check is returned. Rage Academy of Dance, LLC, has the right to require payment by certified check or money order if a check is returned or an account is delinquent repeatedly.
- There are addition charges throughout the season such as costume deposits ($35), Showcase fee ($30), and costumes balance.
- Accounts that are more than 45 days overdue will receive an email and then the card on file will be charged, unless discussed and arrangements are made with the Director.
- Rage Academy of Dance, LLC has the right to have a student sit out of class if they arrive 10 minutes late to class. If a student arrives 15 minutes late to a class, the student will be instructed to sit outside of the classroom while the class is in session.
- If a class is missed, students may attend any other class within the same level or lower in the following 2 weeks of a missed class. The make-up class may also be in a different style of dance. All make-up classes must be scheduled with the Studio Director to know when and where the student will be making up a class.
- Once the 2 week grace period for make-up classes has passed, the student then forfeits the right to a make-up class unless otherwise arranged with the Studio Director.
- The goal of each instructor is to make every dance class fun, positive, and educational. In order for this to be achieved, students must maintain appropriate classroom behavior. The staff at Rage Academy of Dance, LLC will not tolerate any repeated behavior that is disruptive or disrespectful to the instructor or the class as a whole. If a problem occurs during class, the instructor will notify you personally and discuss options for your child. Many times behavior issues arise due to improper class placement. Keeping the lines of communication open with your child’s instructor is vital! Please do not interrupt class to talk with an instructor. We try our best to start and finish our classes on time. Please keep this in mind when meeting with an instructor between classes.
Hygiene:
- It is very difficult to approach a child or parent about lack of cleanliness or foul body odor. However, in a dance studio where activities induce sweat and children are moving through space, odors can become distracting. To avoid these problems, please be sure all dance-wear is washed after each wearing, hair should be clean and pulled back properly, and feet should be washed after activities.
- Deodorant should be a consideration for any student, if/as needed. All studio rooms, bathroom, locker room, and front desk will have a spray deodorant if needed for anyone to use.
- Please, no strong perfumes prior to class. This can aggravate students and staff that are migraine and/or allergy prone.
Food and Drink:
- Food and drinks must be kept in the designated areas.
- No food of any kind, including gum is allowed inside the studios. Please only bring water (no pop, juice or sports drinks) to hydrate while in class.
- Be sure to clean up after yourself in the lobby areas, when eating or drinking.
Media Consent:
- Rage Academy of Dance, LLC is hereby granted permission to photograph, video, film and/or audio recording your child. Parents will sign consent form for material uses including but not limited to; showcase videos, class photos, brochures, websites (Facebook, Instagram, ect.), posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials created by Rage Academy of Dance, LLC.
Holidays and Extreme Weather:
